Accra Great Olympics, the football club with numerous accolades, is poised for wonders in the ongoing Ghana Premier League (GPL).
The Wonder Club, although lost the first three matches in the 2019/2020 league season, it has bounced back strongly winning its last game 4-3 in an away encounter with Kumasi-based King Faisal.
Mr. Saint Osei, Public Relations Manager of Olympics, tells The Inquisitor that the club would consolidate its latest performance in subsequent games.
According to him, Olympics is not in the league just to add up to numbers but to perform as an elite club.
“We all know the pedigree and history of Olympics and that is what is guiding the playing body and management,” he said.
Mr. Osei said: “Our ambition is to be among the topmost clubs in the league and as our accolade suggests and not just a participating team.”
He further said: “There is absolute peace in camp, there is unity among the players and there is tranquillity within the hierarchy of the club.”
